Our Builds

Here's a selection of some of our favourite builds over the last couple of years.

Kawasaki KX500

The pride of the fleet. This KX has been in the collection for some time but when the opportunity for AMA Supercross rider Broc Tickle to race it at Farleigh how could we say no! We went through the bike, gave it a full engine rebuild, suspension set-up and sprung for Broc's weight. Combined that with quality lubricants from Motorex and bomb proof wheels from Envy the bike ran flawlessly all weekend winning one class and coming runner up in the main event.

1997 Suzuki RM250

We love old bikes and we do have a soft spot so we came across a bit of a fixer-upper RM it just had to be done. This bike went through a full chassis and engine overhaul with nothing left un-touched. The end product was a beautiful machine which sounds and rips as good as it looks. We believe that these bikes were made to be raced and that is what we do. Once again on Motorex lubricants and Envy wheels keep your eyes peeled for this super-evo weapon out and about in the 2023 season.

1998 Yamaha YZ400F

Love it or hate it the YZ400F is an iconic bike. It changed the face of racing as we know it and has been credited with the title of the bike that killed the 2-stroke. Now, we love 2 strokes but we do love these 400's! So when a genuine white one became available, we decided that it needed the Fathead touch and we gave it a bit of a light restoration.

RMZ 250

When professional mountain bike rider and GMBN presenter Rich Payne posted a youtube video of his RMZ not starting we knew he needed our help. Boy oh boy were we right. This poor suzi had not seen a spanner in a year or two. Fortunately, we have some great friends at Motorex, FIR, R-Tech, GDUK Maxxis, RK, Supersprox and Ferodo who came to the rescue. The bike got stripped to the frame, had a complete overhaul with all new bearings, fork seals, head work, new plastics and graphics it was like a brand new bike again.
